We would love to receive care packages and love letters, but keep in mind that packages should be sent to arrive around the specified date. Generally we would not expect to arrive any sooner than a day or two prior to the date, and may stick around until a day or two after. If you choose to send us anything, YOU MUST LET US KNOW, as we are not likely to check at the post office unless we know something is coming.
Thank you. We like things that are calorie dense and nutritious (we also like un-nutritious food, but don't tell Lauren I said that).
Right now, some things we would like in care packages:
-A zip lock bag or two
-mustard, mayo packets from fast food joints
-Dried fruit (mangos, pineapple, etc.)
-Nuts (almonds, walnuts, macadamia)
-Beef / turkey jerky
-Smoked salmon
-Instant oatmeal (gluten free, please :-)
-Food that is generally healthy, but won't spoil in heat, or mail...
-Emergen-C (or other healthy electrolyte additives for water)
-Guinness in Cans
-Mini Bottles of Alcohol (whisky, bourbon)
